report it to mods and admins. they cant get to him immediately, like I said.
if you want a more immediate response, dm or contact mods directly instead of just pressing the report button.

most of these mods and staff are flooded with reports. have bare minimum patience. if you had 200-300 pages worth of reports to go through you wouldn't be able to get to everything in a timely manner either.

Yep i have seen that stuff too. All you can do is report it
Chess.com makes Hundreds of millions a year in revenue, thwy should be able to not only detwct but prevent it
they could try, but they cant completely get rid of it. there will always be a way to bypass, there will always be weird people. they have money but they cant make an absolutely perfect site.
perrfect is impossible, but they should at least be able to detect it ASAP, it shouldnt take "years"
doesnt take years. takes minutes, maybe hours. its all manually checked, and they get thousands of reports daily. think about it. if you were flooded with thousands of reports, you wouldn't be able to deal with all of them immediately. maybe some sort of "order of importance" report system would work, but there would still be a lot of problems
