The way you are treated by chess.com represents their behaviour and I don`t think it will animate further members to become a mod.
At least - I don´t want to be a mod.

Sure, never said the contrary - but the way how they finish it without any explanation, questions, warnings or possibility to defend yourself is reason enough for me - not to be one
