Just because she was closed for fair play doesn’t mean she wasn’t a good player. I’m sure there’s lots of people cheating who never get caught.

Statistics are quite accurate with a lot of data and the right algorithm. Chess.com has both. While false positives are rare, there should be a system in place for such scenarios (which there isn't).
