Probably report them if they’re being rude. Like if they say slurs, death threats, etc, then report them

Instead of thinking:
“This guy’s a jerk.”
Try:
“This is just ego reacting. It has nothing to do with me.”

If they are overly rude, report them. You can also disable chat if you find it's an issue.

I take the rude players out for sausage, beer and rye bread and together we laugh about all the polite players. When they are rude they just try to psyche you out. And it works it seems. Why you even interact with them in the first and second place? Pretend they are mosquito.
