And your point is? I'm sure if that is true they have been treated in a similar manner.
RUNNERS!! WHY DOES THIS *%($*& !#%) MEMBER MSC157 DISCONNECT AND BE MUTED??

Can't tell you for sure but if they are using the bug to post before the puzzle then they will likely be warned and be sanctioned if they don't stop.

I don't know much about the bug. However, if someone is asked to stop doing what they are doing by staff, the the simple thing is to not worry about fast posting and wait until the bug won't trigger.
Just don't poke the tiger.

Nobody is exploiting the bug on purpose (since ban #1 in August). And yes, normally nobody is warned because mods just delete comments above.
Very hard to believe that it's not being done on purpose.
But even assuming that you are right, then it's up to those posters who want to play that stupid little "game" to deal with the consequences of jumping the gun and posting too early.
I think it's massively disrespectful for those members who play that "game" to constantly create the extra work and hassle for the staff by making those unwelcome posts which they know will be deleted.
Maybe if the staff really cracks down and the consequences get harsh enough, all those useless "first" comments will go away and the puzzle thread might actually contain conversation relevant to the puzzle. Wouldn't that be something...

erik's last State of Chess.com said it would likely be 6 months. So, v2 will possibly go away by Summer.
The troubles began when people starting exploiting the bug. The troubles got worse when people continued exploiting that bug after it was made clear that other members were complaining and mods were removing those posts. If those posts were truly harmless, the mods wouldn't have removed them.
As for waiting for V3, I don't see why that should be necessary. The staff has muted him twice now for posting comments above the puzzle. Clearly, they don't want people doing that.
As far as I'm concerned, anyone who continues to do it should be permanently banned from all elements of the site....if not for the actual act itself, for the blatant display of disrespect and contempt for the people who run this site.
It says the last one who posted was MSC157...
When someone is muted, they can still post. It just doesn't show up. When/If he ever gets unmuted, that post will appear.
It's just another demonstration of his lack of respect for the staff. He could just accept the consequences of his actions like an adult, but he chooses not to.

None of this chicken shit girly-post. "It will appear when his time is done"
Then we'll all have to read the whole thread over again!
Did he post before the puzzle again or what?
According to that topic, yes he did.
