chess.com admins do take notice of such people. sooner or later they will get banned or something. I know, first-hand experience 😂 take heart :)
Seriously we need a system where you can report a player...
The way to report people is by using the Help --> Report Abuse

That opens a new tab with the FAQ page explaining the tools that Chess.com provides for you to manage this, which also has the Contact button in the top right corner that you can use to log a ticket about your opponent's behaviour.
Please don't reproduce the content or name the other person in the public forums, as it is only allegation that needs to be properly investigated: to this end, it helps if you do not delete any such messages or user notes, but leave them in place for Chess.com Support staff to verify - they will delete it once they have conducted their investigation.
Support staff will also generally let you know what action has been taken, which will generally not be shared in the public forums.

Had a game yesterday and this guy is obviously losing: So after he noticed he will lose his turret he lets his time run out (he hs zugzwang and had 2 options so no point to think for 5 minutes):

(Starts with 36. Sb7+)
I mean that happens a lot and normally people who let time run out get banned (after a way too long time) but he played again right in the end and this way avoided getting noticed by the system.
After this game he wrote this on my profile:

Seriously we need to do something (or Chess.com has to) if we want to play chess with nice people!!!
Do we really want a toxic community like in LoL or CS:GO or simmilar games?
This is just 1 example but in my opinion we shouldn't allow these people to ruin this site and the reputation of chess!
