1) Yes. It is even better on the chess.com site because the analysis times are longer.
2) It depends if you are using the old or the new version of the site. In the old version, they would email you the analysis, which seems to be what you want. In the new version, the analysis runs immediately, but there is no easy way to save/print the resulting analysis into a pgn for export or later viewing. So far, the only thing I have found is a multi-step copy and paste.
