These threads are much-ado-about-nothing. There are a near endless list of life-altering issues facing the world, we don't get threads about any of those save global warming. Instead, we ceaselessly get "free speech" nonsense like this thread or tripe-threads concerning gender or women etc. Chess.com's EULA concerning posted content,in chat or forums,is a minor annoyance,but these threads elevate it into a problem worthy of a investigative commision. THIS topic is what the posters think is a major problem? Humanity is doomed.
should chess.com scan existing content for "banned" words and replace them?

Human paid moderation does sound like a good solution indeed, but less than 0.1% of the people on this site go on the forums iirc, so maybe it isn’t worth it financially.
I honestly feel human moderation would be too expensive overall.
