You should be able to "unfollow" the forum if you want to stop getting notifs about it.

try to contact the support, try to stress that is a sensible matter, that you cannot change the quoted text in other user´s comments. If you would be in the European Union (or wrote that being here) you could request deletion of a private data, similar in California. Where are you located?
You can always change the title... to "please delete" or whatever... better yet, to discourage visitors, "Please join the Justin Bieber Fan Club".
