Yeah if you lose to a bot you won't lose your rating and if you win against a bot it means that you are improving your rating or you can play unrated games

Guys, this forum has become pretty irrelevant, I finally got back to 1300 blitz after over a month. Thank you guys for all your advice and for telling me not to quit and your comments (except for some of you who wrote mean comments) at this point I definitely am not considering quitting, but I just hope I don't tilt as often in the future. Yes. Sounds like it's stressing you out. There are other hobbies you could be spending your time with and enjoying.

Obviously taking a break can help but if you don't want to you could try playing unrated games until you get out of the funk.
