Should I report?

I'm not really one for reporting people I suspect are cheating, but I'm getting a tad irritated these days playing in arenas/ tournaments as they seem to be full of them. I know I'm not exactly a good player however on a good day I can play a good game, and just because I've lost I don't automatically assume my opponent was cheating, but when a player who beats you with such high accuracy and you look post game to see they have been beating others with similarly high accuracy alarm bells ring. I don't like the idea of reporting because maybe it was just my play, or and they're on a roll etc and not them cheating... but tonight I've had one opponent in rapid who kept going offline in game only to beat me with a high accuracy, and I looked at their previous game and again all high accuracy upwards of 100%.

You should report if you have suspicions that they were cheating. You have nothing to lose if you do falsely report someone for cheating. Chess.com never closes accounts based on reports, they have a fair play team that investigates reported accounts.

In the end I decided to flag them. One of their previous 5 wins was a +1400 rated player with 99.9% accuracy.

This.

You might not want to play in cc's arenas, they're infested with cheaters and sandbaggers
