Should we include the 2-flag system in player's flag?

I notice that Spanish players in Chesscom don't like the fact that there is Catalonia flag there. And there are also many players from minority country who doesn't like the fact that they don't have their native "country" flag. So I would like to resolve this issue by proposal a 2-flag system, similar to European state.

The first flag can only be flag from UN member (or FIDE member), as well as an international flag. No exception!

The second flag can be regional/minority/separatist flag, which can be added if request by users. In order to avoiding frustration between player, the second flag can be hidden if necessary (automatically or user's setting). For example, a player from Tibet can have Tibetan flag along with their nation flag. Then if they play with a Chinese, the Tibetan flag could be hidden or replaced with others flag (maybe UN, Olympics or EU flag).
