site slowed down?

I've been having issues lately too but not like yours. When I try to reply, It just doesn't even try to change the page. And sometime I can't even leave a comment or note.
It helps to Delete Temporary Internet Files from your computer, but for me, the site starts acting up again 10 mins after the last deleting. It actually took a few tries to get this comment through.

iv been receiving this error message when i try and reply to my messages

for the past few days now the site for me has slowed right down to a crawl and i just assumed it was my computer or my browser but i have since found out that a few others r having the same site issues as myself ...
Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issues as me and if so is there anything that chess.om can do to help?
