I sleep at 10 wake up at 6 on school days.
I sleep at 9:30 and wake up at 9:45 on weekends.

Hmm ... not necessarily. According to www.calculator.net that's "Healthy weight". I'm 6'4" @ 70kg's and my cardiologist feels I'm right where I should be, so based on the comparison the website might not be too far off with it's assessment ( though there's additional factors involved in my case
)
Aromatherapy helps sleeping soundly. And sinus congestion and allergies. Peppermint and eucalyptus oil are great.
Now that I scroll through the forum, I just noticed that you’ve experienced depression and during that time would sleep up to 12 hours. If you haven’t done it already, you might want to talk to a mental health specialist and figure out if you need to treat your depression. Maybe treating your depression would result in better, consistent sleep. Also if you notice other symptoms of mood instability, I suggest to tell the mental health professional that too.
