I sleep at 10 wake up at 6 on school days.

I sleep at 9:30 and wake up at 9:45 on weekends.

Nothing, my food habits are terrible (5' 8" 110 pounds 13 years old 1800 calorie diet):

3PM ~ light lunch

7-8 PM ~ medium dinner

paratha is a mainstream one. With many sides as well.

I eat Indian dishes at Hindu temples. Indian dishes are suppose to be high caloried. Eat more.

Hmm ... not necessarily.  According to www.calculator.net that's "Healthy weight".  I'm 6'4" @ 70kg's and my cardiologist feels I'm right where I should be, so based on the comparison the website might not be too far off with it's assessment ( though there's additional factors involved in my case tongue.png )

Aromatherapy helps sleeping soundly. And sinus congestion and allergies. Peppermint and eucalyptus oil are great.
