My mom listens to white noise to help her fall asleep.

I can't afford massage. Watching massage video is relaxing.

You are too light. What does Mom serves? Microwaved foods?

Hmm ... not necessarily.  According to www.calculator.net that's "Healthy weight".  I'm 6'4" @ 70kg's and my cardiologist feels I'm right where I should be, so based on the comparison the website might not be too far off with it's assessment ( though there's additional factors involved in my case tongue.png )

If your cardiologist said your weight is ok, good.

Do anyone use special pillows?

Aromatherapy helps sleeping soundly. And sinus congestion and allergies. Peppermint and eucalyptus oil are great.

I suggest you mention it to your doctor, if you have a primary care physician, and ask if they have a handout for “sleep hygiene”. Either way, try to find a reliable, current, guide/handout that gives sleep hygiene tips that would improve your sleeping patterns.

Now that I scroll through the forum, I just noticed that you’ve experienced depression and during that time would sleep up to 12 hours. If you haven’t done it already, you might want to talk to a mental health specialist and figure out if you need to treat your depression. Maybe treating your depression would result in better, consistent sleep. Also if you notice other symptoms of mood instability, I suggest to tell the mental health professional that too.

I'm saving money to buy a massage lounge. Not a fan of psychiatric drugs for mental and sleep disorders. Nobody can be normal. A little imbalance in body chemistry or brain chemistry is nothing to be anxious of. I didn't read ONE book or googled a FEW web pages. I did my research.
