They just said that you can never have 629 ELO?? wth

People can report anyone for anything.

However, chess.com won't pay any attention to ridiculous reports such as that.

@BIGSHADOWWARRIOR Had you just won a game against them by any chance? There are some very sore losers on here. One accused me of cheating in game chat yesterday just because I won an ending where I had a Queen, he had two Rooks and a Pawn, and I kept opportunistically checking until he dropped material. As is often the case in a Queen -v- Rooks endgame in which the King position of the player with the Rooks is not secure, the player with the Queen has the easier game. This is not the site's fault, and in hindsight I should maybe have been more tolerant towards that opponent than I was in response to the accusation: maybe he was a good man having a bad or traumatic day. I'm afraid to say sometimes we have to "do adult" and just block and/or report the ill-tempered ill-mannered twerp we encounter and then move on with our lives.

The admins on here seem to be absolutely first-rate at picking out what is; and more importantly is not; foul play or skulduggery. I know it is easier said than done because of the emotional impact of any allegation, but try to put this behind you and get on with being the good, fair, honest player you know yourself to be.

@Vividance81 Good point. I had not noticed how old this thread was. I guess my keenness to be supportive led me to jump in too thoughtlessly (they do say, "fools rush in"). Thankyou for "having my back" here. Genuinely appreciated.
