I don't know what to do anymore. I've been trying for a year to get my account unmuted but you don't seem to care. My only request is that I actually get some feedback instead of being shut down immediately.

So @superman0101 has supposedly been muted for over a year and wants back in. Recently he's been creating new accounts to plead his case but is getting shutdown each time, supposedly without an explanation. While I'm not a fan, a ban seems to be extremely cruel, but then again, I do not have all the facts in consideration, this being a matter between him and chess.com. On the other hand, he has also asked for the community to appeal on his behalf. So perhaps an explanation since he has implicitly waived his right to privacy in this matter. Or is it just
