Avg. Opponent Rating when I WIN, for example, is equal to the total rating of opponents against whom I have won divided by the number of opponents against whom I have won.
So let's say I've won against 5 opponents, and these guys have ratings 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600, I just add these ratings up (7000) and divide them by the number of opponents (5)
which gives me: 7000/5 = 1400.
