not necesarely so info could have been stolen from your computer this is why it is a good idea to use pay pal and to have a good security system on your computer.you should not use a credit card on net. it is too easy to hack into a computer on net.i use prepayed credit card loaded with just enough credit to pay for the transaction i am paying for on net. i never use my card on net

My credit card info was obtained and abused. It was a card I used exactly once .... at Chess.com.
$1,850 of fraudulent “Facebook.com” charges appeared on my statement this month, beginning Nov 17 – along with the “chess.com” renewal. (I have no idea how one “spends” $1,850 at Facebook.com).
Card cancelled of course. Fraudulent charges removed. I will pay the $49.00 for the chess.com renewal, but I won’t be sharing a credit card with Chess.com, ever again. Chess.com needs to seriously review their PCI-DSS security standards compliance.
Somebody has stolen from my credit card 143 eur in this is the only net site, i payed with credit card, so somebody has stolen informations from chess.com of my credit card.
