Does Chess.com declare a stalemate?
My opponent does not accept the draw and I don’t know what to do!

Stalemate is automatic. If the game was still going, there's a legal move still on the board.

I had a chance to meet a Master today and she also confirmed: If there is any piece u can move it’s not stalemate…😬
