I had created a Swiss tournament for max 32 people but it was cancelled for unknown reasons. We have it planned for tomorrow but I do not know what to change. Is 32 players with 4 rounds enough? Is it because I put four rounds that it cancelled?

Events will cancel if there aren't enough players in them, but that doesn't happen until the scheduled start time and it's a minimum of 5 players I think.

What exactly happened?

Dear Martin, thanks for your response. It may have been a coincidence that a server restart happened at the beginning of the tournament, but I am concerned it wasn't. There were 31 players joined in the event, but when the time left to start hit 0, the tournament was cancelled. I am trying to figure out why that would happen. Online it says that for 30 players recommended number of rounds is 5. However I see no reason why a tournament would be cancelled with less number of rounds, as then 2 players would end up victorious instead of one.

Yeah, number of players if over the minimum doesn't matter when it comes to the event start. A server restart could be a possibility though.
