I was playing with one opponent Sunikaweb but that player didn’t moved his/ her piece at all after three moves. I waited for long and the system announced Sunikaweb as a winner and deducted points from my side.

How can you “didn’t moved his/ her piece at all after three moves”. Contradictio in terminis.
