Tactic puzzles rating does not change

Since a couple of days, if I solve a tactic puzzle I gain 5 pts (or I loose 15 for example), but afterwards my overall rating is the same. The calculation seems not working or the connection to the server is lost. Do you have same observation at the moment?

I wrote to the support (report a bug) but got no response :/
This has happened also in the past, specially in times as the server problems were discussed in public.

I think, if the server traffic is the reason chess.com should mark the tactic puzzles as temporarily not fully available rather than leave it as it is and indicating everything is nice.

How are you accessing the puzzles?

I've seen a couple of similar posts but it seems the first puzzle has the issue on web but the following ones are rated.

I have let staff know about that issue.

Yes, since July 14th my finished puzzles are not contained in the statistics and in my rating as well.

I enter them the main page:

And here is a screenshot of my last puzzle on July 21 st. I've gained 5 pts, however, thereafter the rating stays the same.

Now it works. I've gained 5 pts and now my rating is 2655.
