Tactics strange occurrences

Anyone else noticing strange goings on in Tactics? I've had scores not added with error messages and Freezes. Then today I had a Wrong move Penalty of -14 and a right move award of +11 !? Are we to presume Tactics is undergoing some changes?

i get freezes at certain times of the day which i attribute to heavier traffic; unfortunately, it is usually one of my rare "correct" responses that gets lost in the ether; i have also gotten the -14 but the highest i've ever gotten was +9
