I've been locked out of my account for a very long time and I know with the COVID-19 situation things are rough and difficult but I want to give my gratitude to staff and chess.com support team. They were able to reset my password and I was able to log in. Imagine my surprise when I saw this. I've been playing on this site since Feb 18th, 2008. The only way I won a championship was due to this site being my training arena and for my developing my tactical skills. Please stay safe and healthy~
