Hey Admins and Chess.com team,
Recently when I start a game, 2 or 3 games will start automatically. I always lose when the chess.com software puts me in multiple games. How can I stop this from happening?

Turn off the multiple games option in Settings

Hey Martin,
Thanks for your assistance but there seems to be a problem. I am unable to move the toggle switch for allowing multiple games at once. When I left click on this toggle the program just invites me to uprgade to a diamond membership.
FYI-Windows 11, using Chrome, playing in English in Japan.

No, the feature is Diamond only and can only be enabled when a member has diamond and apparently only disabled when diamond.
That said, the system also apparently just checks if the toggle is on when trying to start multiple games.
