The BIG Show Quick-Recap for 1/30/2012!

   Welcome back gang! It's now that wonderful time again to go over what's getting to be the most popular Chess.com/TV show yet; The BIG Show, starring IM Danny Rensch.

   Today's show was open to ALL Members and more than 220 viewers showed up for the party. Even though there was a video tech glitch in the beginning, the show was still a great success running at 90+ minutes.

   Danny played 9 games today, although 10 is new norm for him. The time controls were 15|30, which is also the new standard. As you'll see, Danny had another impressive day and apologies go out to Cruiseylee, who had connection issues during his game and his game was abandoned, giving Danny a free win.

   I'm going to be using different colors for each game today as well, which is also a first. Typically I use the same board designs but I'm going to change it up today.

   Anyway folks, let's get to the games and see how well Danny did today:

   Another great score of +7/-0/=2 for a 8/9 score overall. The next BIG Show will be February 8th at 9:30 AM Pacific/12:30 PM Eastern/5:30 AM London time and Pardon our Blunders is this Thursday at 10 AM Pacific/1 PM Eastern/6 PM London time. Both shows are open to Platinum/Diamond members.
