Not just anywhere. Maybe some place like Kentucky, Texas or Colorado maybe.
This just made me think ... the U.S. seems to be the most prolific place on the planet. Everyone can at least name three states, if he's really determined to. Try the same with England, Australia or any other former colony. Now how is that? I'll tell you why: It's because of the Americans, silly!!!
England and Australia don't have states.
'Administrative districts', if you please. But every bordered country falls under that generalization. There's no real distinction between Germany and all those funny little countries bordering it. You'd never know the difference if there'd be no border patrol around. All forests and mountains, but the people inhabiting the lands make the difference.
