I see your group have a previous cheater thats back with a new account as an admin. this group should be avoided at all costs

I do believe in second chances, but I also believe that there should be consequences of peoples actions, and allowing someone to come back in a leadership capacity after cheating is unacceptable.
If you get caught for cheating your second chance should be as a group member, rather than promotion to an admin at least for a probation period.
That's your opinoin... I am good friends with this person, and I think he will do a good job as admin

Furthermore, appointing a cheat as an admin might be seen by other cheats as a green light to join that team and happily apply their trade within...
I could list you here dozens of cheats who continued cheating on their new account, but very few who didn't. I'm forbidden from doing so because they still have their account open. One who springs to mind is on his 3rd account (that i know of)...

Off the top of my head I can also think of two IMs who were banned for cheating, but still they continue to take the piff on their new, free account

He did a very bad job as admin when he was caught cheating, so what makes you think it would be different this time? this is why a probation period before being made admin should be enforced

The KINGS Castle is looking for a few admins.

The following jobs are available:
One Vote Chess admin:(maybe one more later) 2000+ rating is prefered. We play many vote chess games, we are a great vote chess group and well organized. We play up to 10 games but not anymore than that, we play anything from one day to three days per move. The admin will just take care of the games, make sure that good moves are voted for, post news about new games and make and accept vote chess challenges. The admin does not have to be there and post long analysis on every move... we have great members who help to do that.
One Team Match admin: Someone who will take care of the team matches, make new matches and post news about it. It's prefered if the admin already have some experience with team matches. The admin must be prepared to send PM's about matches. But not on every match. We don't do that so often. Rating: 1900+
One invite admin: The admin will send invites.
