Same Putin avatar and probably the same sort of posts - I wouldn't know, I didn't see them before this latest iteration was muted pending yet another account closure lol. So mods don't close accounts any more? I guess that makes sense if they want to limit their powers to just the posts in the forums, but it does slow down the response time to serial and return abusers like this Worster.

You deifnitely don't know what you're talking about and the mods will be muting this account and the Support team will be closing this latest iteration shortly - will be interesting to see how long it takes them. @Worster007 is almost certainly in line for a perma-mute, although I expect that Chess.com will quite happily keep taking your money :-)

Well, they locked the two earlier, bigger threads, but they left Part 2 unlocked. Don't know if they're cracking down in general, or if they're just locking the redundant threads.

I'm currently working on this initially as a reactive measure but over the coming weeks will be restructuring and enforcing improvements and rolling them out to the moderator team. Both threads are locked now with an explanation on the largest thread.

Well then why are you people even posting in the forums in the first place if you think it's a waste of time.. that way we would have forum content that is actually useful..
