He means that chess.com is "burying its head in the sand", and ignoring all those "black magic love guru" spammers. We had dozens of those spam posts within a few minutes.

They really should learn their market.

Perhaps they would get better results if they advertised 'Black Magic King Killer' or something like that.

Kinda funny how many of these threads about the spam have been locked, but it seems like nothing is done to stop the flood.

Maybe we should hire a black magic specialist to ward off spam.
