The price Chess.com should pay for allowing abuse

Shouldn't Chess.com pay a financial price for permitting male players to sexually harass and verbally abuse female players with no penalty? Shouldn't advertisers and paid players flee the site in protest? I recently messaged support over 10 times about verbal abuse from one male player and they did nothing. He was also cheating. Another male player sent me sexually explicit pics.

They don't you report it and they get banned.... You actually have to report it for the system to have effect it's not like they annually check everything besides reports from one person won't do anything it has to be multiple people

I could report you for trolling in spamming the same topic though it won't get you banned but at least talk about somthing different
