Ya know Speed Bumps are discriminatory. Who cares if you go 90 mph on a 30mph road. (for you metric PLEBS 144kph and 48kph) I think the government wants us to feel slow and sluggish compared to their Lambourghini's.

Of course in the older days they were too heavy handed but these days, well ...
