brother, someone hacking you for a chess game is just not ideal. It's also the first time i've heard of this. But yes, this has happened to me and it's not my wifi problem. my wifi is fine but i lose connection to chess.com when I'm playing in remote places (Don't ask me why I am in remote places). So no, it's likely not a hacker and just a connection issue.
they hacked chess. com
In was once winning but THEY hit me from behind in my own home and when I wake up, there were no more horses and the fridge was empty.

I was playing a game, I wad winning... suddenly "lost conection" sign shows up.
I check the internet... it was perfectly fine. full signal. I went to youtube open a video...
after trying to refreshhand re-load chess. com a sign "you can not load this page sorry"
I keep trying and trying until let me access...
ofc after I lost by default.
I had 1 bishop, 1 horse, 1 tower... my opponent only had 1 tower.
either he (or she) hacked me, or idk what happened.
this stuff shouldn't happen here.
I couldn't even report that game.
does anyone from chess. com read these posts??
Your opponent can't impact your connection to the site. The clients never directly connect and the server handles all traffic.
You got disconnected. Check out the following to minimize issues.
