I just got this diamond membership. Does anyone know if you feel you need to leave, they will prorate your return? Seriously?

Are you are past the 30 day money back window?   

At any rate, you can ask but you have to write in directly to customer support.

What are your payment policies (refunds, services, currency, etc)?
