....Access to resources doesn't help someone win. Any dedicated learners can find resources to learn, but it takes using resources and study to get better. Money isn't required
Martin_Stahl is right. There are are a plethora of other ways to improve in the game of chess. For example, you could go to a library or something to borrow some chess books, or there are other free online resources to get better as well.

YouTube has a lot of resources to learn. Especially for openings. But other subjects like commentary during live streams should help you as well.

There are two options: 1) lichess and 2) get books from libraries for free
