I infer that to have a ranking in online chess requires some minimum level of activity. I can tell it is not merely how long it is since a game has last finished or if any games are in progress.

What is the threshold of activity for players to appear in the rankings?

"Today's Rank" appear to be broken. Currently displaying NA for everyone.

I think you're mistaken, I went several months without playing a turn-based game with no effect (aside from it wanting me to play a greeter's game).
