I am playing in a tourney that has 24 hour per move limit. I have an opponent who I last heard from on 22nd August. The game clock has him still with 16 hours left, even though there is and has been no evidence of his using any vacation time. A couple of times the clock has shown him having less time but then it appears to reboot. What's going on here?
