I set up a daily chess tournament and I set the number of time outs to 0%
# of Timeouts 0 (0%)
I noticed I have a player in the tournament that has a time out rate of 14%. From his stats it looks like his time out rate has been over 0% since before I set up the tournament. How in the world did this player enroll in my tournament? Is it because I set it to "allow club members"? Does "allow club members" override the other settings?
