Timer running out on reconnection

It is [no need to use expletives -- MOD] disappointing to see the that the chess.com android app doesn't recognize when the connection is available after getting disconnected. The app runs the timer till zero and declare the opponent winner.. This [removed -- MOD] happened to me in the last two games I played and I lost them both right at the opening stage..

Live chess seems to be acting up today I click on my piece several times before it takes and sometimes I have to do it several times before I can actually move. All the while the clock is counting down. At first I thought I had a slow connection so I checked and my download and upload are excellent.
