Titled over 100 rating points in a couple of days. What was your worst ratings tilt?

I dropped about 200 points, but I'm 3/4 of the way back, approximately. I ran into quite a few 700ish rated players that seemed to play well above their rating, but that was most likely due to whatever caused me to tilt so much in the first place. Too much of a good thing is no good, my grandmother always said.
