Tournament stuck!

Hi guys!

I am currently playing a tournament (3th Battle for middle earth). At one point I was checking the new chess.com site, and I gave mate to another player in a game. And the tournament got stuck there, I have one last game to play against the same player -Morpheus-x  -. But the game never begun. And as I look to the tournament standings I appear as 8-1-0 and 9 points. So, obviously, something went wrong there.

Anyone can help? I would like to finish the tournament and other players don't have to wait for a game that never started.
