This is probably true. Unsure whether that reflects poorly on @jalex13, the site moderation or the site account structure or well on your skills.
I'd guess it's the site account structure with anonymity using throwaway emails on new or proxied IP address. This means the poor unpaid mods have to look for behavioral trends which they do not have time nor expertise for while dealing with whiney kids complaining about why they can't spam.
