Trolls wrecking havoc in clubs

Hey everyone,

Recently a club I‘m involved with has experienced a well known troll with multiple account closed for abuse (I won’t name them because I don’t want to get the mods all over me) who just creates new accounts to wreck havoc in clubs and forums. When we threatened to report them, they decided to play the innocent card. If I were to report them, would chess.com do anything about them, or would they just say that it’s the club’s issue? Thanks in advance.

How can they wreak havoc unless you made them admins? 

Wrecking havoc as in accusing people of cheating, belittling people, cursing, etc. 

You are only a coordinator at one club that I could see. Are you telling me this person is messing with the Forum Elite?

But surely the Forum Elite don't admit newly created accounts?

Exactly! I’m trying to figure out why this person was even accepted in the first place.

Reporting them might work but it might take more than a week.

I would name them. If they are as well known as you say, a mod may help you.

If this is in the Forum Elite club, tell @Colby-Covington. He'll take care of it (most likely).

I could help if I was in the club, but sadly I'm not. I'm reporting him now.

5 accounts? I clicked on @Icravethatmineral and the account is closed, but another account with the exact same username and profile pic is still open. Reporting him now...

If you click on @Icravethatmineral, he's banned, but if you go to the profile, he's not.

These people are smart; instead of a capital “i”, I bet they just used a lowercase “l”.

Wait a second... he has one account which is @Icravethatmineral, with a i, and another with @lcravethatmineral, with a L.
