why is that i don't get to solve my 5 free puzzles everyday?? yesterday morning i got it but today, right now, it shows your daily limit of puzzles reached, without even solving a single puzzle. it takes a compulsory one day gap or you can say i'm getting puzzles on alternate days.

Surely the concept of a day being 24 hours is not difficult to understand.

Anyway, look at all the things you get for free here:

/ So try not to be so mad. Enjoy your 3 puzzles.

yes man, surely i know all these free things, that is why i suggest my friends to play chess on chess.com, only thing i was annoyed about is that the 24hours method. i'm confused, yesterday i solved my free puzzles at around 02.30 pm (afternoon) & today i tried for puzzles morning at around 10:30 am, then on 12.00 pm & then at last on 04.00 pm, still didn't receive the free puzzles, so then what went so wrong with the puzzles.

I was having the same problem with post game report analysis feature. I would get refused analysis if within 24 hours of receiving it. However, I would get refused again if I waited until after 24 hours of receiving analysis.

My conclusion was that the timer was reset on the first refusal and then again on the second refusal so it break the chain, I would have to wait till after 24 hours of the last refusal.

Anyway, I solved the problem by buying membership as I like how the game report analysis works and it is quite useful.

Rubicon0367 Yes it's quite confusing, chess.com should fix this & make it easier to understand to all the users. well is this thread sufficient for chess.com to understand our query or i must report it?

You could try the bug reporting tool. However, the point of rationing puzzles, analysis, lessons etc is to lure people into paying for membership - so a bug (that they likely know about) that gets people to pay up is not likely to worry them.
