I would say extra vacation time, which would be great, by the way. Also, chess.com works great on my iPhone, except for writing messages. What do you mean by iPhone access? A dedicated applet or something?
I'm putting my guess on a mobile-friendly version of chess.com (hopefully WAP-friendly...)

Not quite, as you highlight so well on your traffic lightbox, the e3 box is red and purposely as red is not in the middle of the 3 traffic lights.
So why did you show this?
I think to give a serious warning to stop and not play e3 as one has about 30% chance of winning the game as white.
