Bro, lol stands for laugh out loud. There are many other things that it stands for too like “lots of luck” . But this days it is used mostly as laugh out loud. And I said that lol is used when something is funny. Mostly, when something is funny we laugh. If the person who said “lol” and didn’t meant that he laughed, then he used lol not in the correct way.
