The Sicillian is easy to play against, simply play one of the many Anti Sicillian Systems -- I Think the one opening people hate is the Hippopotamas Defence, especially if you lose against it which is more often these days, even I have played it 3 times against 1650-1700 and won twice!?
I hate the Sicilian opening the most, it just ruins my mood when I see it.
