I queued up a game against a Russian and I like to ask a question in my games which is “how’s it going in your country” he gave me a detailed reply and asked me how it was in the US and I gave him the best reply I could and it’s really amazing that a website about chess brought me closer to a person whom lives a very different life and lives in a somewhat different place miles and miles away
