Doubt if much difference.
Rumor be US players have less ping, and get faster and smoother game...
Mozilla Firefox is best for me.

Compared to IE, yes its not "that bad" But how many decades do you need to get your browser to the "not bad" status?
I don't know what's best but I have no issues using Chrome.
