Of the top 50, only two are titled players - WGM Rusudan Goletiani and WGM Yelena Dembo. Everyone knows them and neither has lost a game. In the top 100, there are only 5 titled players - the above two, plus NM Rex Blalock (Reb), NM Mike Petersen (Zug), and GM Rakhmanov (Rakhmanator). Rakhmanov started over 2300, peaked at 2353, now 2283 after 3 losses (gloryglorymanunited-2086, fiends-2117, and LucidDreams-2045) and 7 draws. We have other players who may be titled, but do not want to advertise it or just not playing, or their ratings have not caught up with them with enough games. It is very difficult to say who is who.
It seems a shame that only a few of these titled players are active: any chance to play a master is always appreciated
